We don’t just look at your home, we inspect its major systems. Our inspection begins the moment we approach the property and ends after all major systems have been inspected.Â
We begin with a walk around of the perimeter of the home checking the roof, the grounds, visual inspection of shut off valves, utility boxes, HVAC units, pool pumps, pool heaters, pool water levels screened enclosures, doors, windows, locks, and the list goes on. Once we have finished our walk around, we will make entry and begin inspecting the inside systems. A full reporting of all systems inside and out is documented and any defects, damages, or repair recommendations are immediately reported to the homeowner for each scheduled inspection.
