Owner Portal Terms
The Gulf Haven Owner Portal provides property owners with secure online access to property information, financial reports, maintenance activity, documents, communications, and other management resources. These Owner Portal Terms govern the use of the portal and establish the responsibilities of both Gulf Haven Realty & Property Management (“Gulf Haven,” “we,” “our”) and participating property owners.
By accessing or using the Owner Portal, Owners agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that the portal is provided as a convenience to enhance communication and transparency throughout the property management relationship.
Portal Access
The Owner Portal is available to authorized property owners whose management accounts are in good standing. Access credentials are provided by Gulf Haven and may not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Available Services
The Owner Portal may provide access to financial statements, maintenance requests, inspection reports, owner documents, rental activity, tax documents, messaging, and other services as they become available.
Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, safeguarding login credentials, promptly reviewing portal communications, and notifying Gulf Haven of any suspected unauthorized access.
Account Security
Owners are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their usernames and passwords. Gulf Haven recommends using strong passwords and avoiding the sharing of account credentials with others.
Electronic Communications
By using the Owner Portal, Owners consent to receive electronic communications, notices, reports, and documents through the portal or by email where permitted by applicable law.
Availability of Services
While Gulf Haven strives to maintain continuous access to the Owner Portal, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy & Data Security
Gulf Haven uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Owner information available through the portal. Additional information regarding data collection and handling is available within our Privacy Policy.
Suspension or Termination
Gulf Haven reserves the right to suspend or terminate Owner Portal access when necessary to protect the security of the system, enforce these terms, or upon termination of the property management relationship.
